JAMS JERKY stands for the love of my family and the love for great food. J is for our daughter, Jillian, A is for Ashley (that's me), M is for our son Maximus, and S is for our last name Stark.
We use premium USDA beef, our meats are trimmed, hand-cut, and marinated with ingredients found in your fridge and pantry.
We are a family owned business that takes pride both in our products and our services.
